All I Cast Minis products are made to order.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days before dispatch.
Because each item is made to order, processing times may occasionally be longer during busy periods, sales, or high order volume. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.
Some orders may ship sooner than this, but the stated processing time is 3–5 business days.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to the UK, EU, US, Australia and New Zealand.
If your country is available at checkout, we are able to ship to you.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery speed will depend on the postal service, courier, destination country, customs processing and other factors outside our control.
Customs, duties and import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other local charges once they reach your destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Please check your local customs rules before ordering, as we are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Delays
While we do our best to dispatch orders within the stated processing time, delays can occasionally happen.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs processing, incorrect address details, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Lost, damaged or incorrect parcels
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact hello@icastminis.com as soon as possible if:
- your parcel arrives damaged
- an item is missing
- you receive the wrong item
- your parcel appears to be lost in transit
Please include your order number and clear photos where relevant so the issue can be reviewed quickly.
Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incomplete or incorrect address details supplied at the time of ordering.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we may ask you to pay the cost of re-shipping the order.
