Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return period for eligible items. This means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return for an eligible non-custom item.
Change-of-mind returns
We accept change-of-mind returns on non-custom products designed by I Cast Minis, provided that:
- the return is requested within 30 days of delivery
- the item is unused and in its original condition
- the item is returned in its original packaging where possible
- you can provide proof of purchase
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom items
Because most I Cast Minis custom products are made to your specifications using a file you upload, custom and personalised items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
You may cancel a custom order within 2 days of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. After that point, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged due to change of mind.
This includes:
- Hero Forge prints
- Spellform minis
- any other product made from a customer-uploaded STL or file
This does not affect your rights if a custom item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or not-as-described items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if:
- the item is damaged in transit
- the item is defective
- you receive the wrong item
- the item does not match its description
Where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy under applicable consumer law. This applies whether the item is custom, non-custom, or purchased on sale.
If you believe there is a problem with your order, please email hello@icastminis.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where relevant so the issue can be assessed quickly.
How to start a return
To request a return, please contact hello@icastminis.com.
Returns must be authorised before they are sent back. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for return and the return address. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an eligible non-custom item, please contact us first at hello@icastminis.com. The quickest way to secure a replacement item is usually to return the original item once approved and place a new order.
Custom items cannot be exchanged due to change of mind, but if there is an issue with the order, please get in touch and we will review it in line with your legal rights.
European Union and United Kingdom cooling-off rights
If your order is shipped to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a legal right to cancel certain non-custom orders within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.
This cooling-off right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, including items produced from customer-uploaded STL files.
For eligible cancellations, the item must be returned in suitable condition and you must provide proof of purchase. Unless the return is due to a fault, damage, or error on our part, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it can take time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Where required by law, refunds for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described items will be handled in accordance with your statutory rights.
Non-returnable items
The following are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:
- custom or personalised products, including items made from uploaded STL files
- gift cards
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
