The website has had a dedicated Hero Forge printing page for a while. Useful if that’s where you made your character, but it did make it look as though Hero Forge was the only place your STL could come from.
It isn’t. I’ve printed miniatures from other designers too, and now there’s a proper place to order them on the site.
If you’ve bought a character from DM Stash, a monster from Loot Studios or a miniature you like on MyMiniFactory, you can upload the STL on the new Miniature 3D Printing page. It works for individual characters, monsters or even a whole party’s worth of files. STLs from designers such as Artisan Guild, Titan-Forge Miniatures, Archvillain Games and Cast n Play are welcome too. Any miniature you have, from anywhere you find it, I can print it.
Choose a size based on the miniature’s base, then pick your resin colour and whether you’d like primer. Small prints start at £5.95, Medium at £11.95 and Large at £34.95. I’ll check your files before printing, add supports to suit my setup, then clean, cure and hand-check each mini before dispatch.
If your download includes both supported and unsupported files, send me the unsupported version. If you’re unsure which file to use, or your miniature has several parts or a particularly ambitious set of wings, get in touch. I’m happy to help work out the right option before it goes on the printer.
The Hero Forge printing page is still there if you use it. This new page is for all the other characters and creatures waiting in your STL folder.
