I Cast Minis Is Now an Official Partner of Arcadia Games

Greetings, adventurers. I’ve got some exciting news.

I Cast Minis is now an Official Partner of Arcadia Games, a home for D&D and tabletop gaming just off the Strand in London.

If you’ve ever wanted to try D&D but had no idea where to find a group, these are the people I’d like you to meet.

A tavern worth starting an adventure in

Arcadia has themed gaming rooms, a tavern bar and space to settle in with other people, like me, who think an evening spent arguing with fictional goblins sounds quite nice. You can book a room for your own group, join a hosted game or explore the other tabletop events in their calendar.

But the reason I wanted to partner with Arcadia is their focus on helping beginners get started. Their New Players & Characters sessions give you time to build your character with a Games Master before the adventure starts. Dice and minis are provided, so you don’t need to turn up with a small hobby shop in your bag.

That’s exactly the approach I take with printing minis. You’re already busy writing a 12,000 word character backstory, you shouldn’t have to figure out 3D printing on your own as well. If you don’t know what an STL is or where to start, ask me. I’ll explain it in plain English and help you through your first order. Arcadia helps you get your character into a game, and I help you get them onto the table as a miniature.

I’ve created a step-by-step guide for Arcadia players, taking you from designing your miniature in Hero Forge to ordering your first print. You can pick up a copy at the venue. (There’s also 20% off your first order as an Arcadia player.)

If you’re in London and fancy giving D&D a go, have a look at Arcadia’s new-player sessions. You’ll find the venue at 46–48 Essex Street, a short walk from Temple station.

See you at the table,
James
